The Original, and Rose Pineapple Tarts from @kindredfolksg are so good! Each tub has 30 handcrafted pieces which are all individually weighed being being rolled so that the ratio of pineapple jam to buttery pastry is consistent. Such dedication! I really felt that the filling-to-pastry ratio was superb, and I like that the filling was not too sweet, nor too sour. The early bird pricing of $25 for the original tarts and $27 for the rose flavoured tarts ends on 31st Jan.
